1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KeySeeder ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. KeySeeder is a product of Save Point Strategies. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

KeySeeder is a game key distribution platform that connects game developers with content creators. Developers may upload game keys, create campaigns, and manage creator applications. Creators may browse campaigns, apply for keys, and submit content deliverables.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access most features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Developer Subscriptions

Developers may explore the Platform for free. Publishing and activating campaigns requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Game Keys & Content

Developers are solely responsible for ensuring they have the right to distribute any game keys uploaded to the Platform. Creators are responsible for fulfilling any deliverable commitments made as part of a campaign. KeySeeder does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or timeliness of any content produced by creators.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload fraudulent, invalid, or already-redeemed game keys
• Create fake accounts or misrepresent your identity or platform following
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
• Scrape or harvest data from the Platform without written permission

7. Termination

Save Point Strategies reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Save Point Strategies does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Save Point Strategies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
